Laser cutting
Bordoni Bonfiglio’s laser cutting department relies on three state-of-the-art systems, able to handle a wide range of materials, thicknesses and geometries. Fibre technology and systems that adapt the laser beam in real time ensure precise, fast and repeatable cuts, reducing scrap and set-up times.
Specifically, our laser machine fleet consists of:
> TruLaser 3030 Fiber L95 (Anno 2025)
8,000 watts of power, working area 3,000 x 1,500 mm, thicknesses up to 25 mm on steel. Fibre technology ensures clean, fast cuts, minimising scrap and processing times.
Storage capacity of up to 75 tonnes, distributed over 18 drawers. The system automates sheet handling and feeds production continuously, reducing idle time and increasing the machine’s autonomy.

8,000 watts of power, working area 3,000 x 1,500 mm, thicknesses up to 25 mm on steel. The additional axis dedicated to the cutting head reduces cycle times by up to 30%, ensuring fast cuts even on complex geometries.
Integrated automatic storage system TruStore 3030 (2023)
Storage capacity of up to x tonnes, distributed over 19 drawers.
> Ensis 3015 AJ (Anno 2021)
6,000 watts of power. ENSIS technology automatically adapts the laser beam characteristics to the different operations, optimising performance on every material and thickness. Working area 3,070 x 1,550 mm, high positioning accuracy, reduced set-up times.

Storage capacity of 10 drawers, paired with the Ensis 3015 AJ laser. The system feeds the machine automatically, ensuring continuous production even during unattended hours.
